John Granrose
In Memory of John Granrose: 1939-2022

Department of Philosophy Professor Emeritus John Granrose passed away peacefully on November 24, 2023 at his home in Yorkshire, England at the age of 83. Dr. Granrose taught Philosophy at UGA for 27 years until his retirement in 1993. He was a visiting professor at Keele University in England and the University of Erlangen-Nürnberg in Germany, as well as an avid musician and accomplished magician.
